During primary school, my Croatian language teacher, Vesna Ivančan, had a significant impact on me. She recognized my acting talent and my ability to quickly memorize text. I’ll never forget the day before a play when she called to tell me the main actor was sick and asked if I could replace him. Wow, I thought to myself. But she believed I could do it. And of course, I succeeded.

As an excellent student, I went to a gymnasium in Zagreb. A big city for a girl from a rural area. The first semester was a big adjustment for me — new surroundings, friends, and teachers. But over time, it proved to be an excellent life decision that helped me become independent.

After high school, I enrolled in communication studies at Croatian Studies. It was the best period of my life because I fell in love and studied what I loved. I enjoyed classes in public relations, marketing, and journalism. In addition to the theoretical knowledge, I began writing for the portal studentski.hr and quickly became an editor in the ‘Technology’ section, where I led a team. Since I was interested in marketing, I joined the marketing team, where we developed strategies and campaigns for social media.
